Guarantees
Enamelled parts or with stone appliqués: There is only warranty against possible manufacturing defects. HuoouH Store is not responsible for products that have scratches on the enamel, loss of stones or any other problem that has been caused by improper use by the customer.
In the above warranty periods, from receipt of the product, in case of abnormal oxidation of the piece, darkening, fading, appearance of stains and other manufacturing defects, the piece may be sent to HuoouH Store for analysis to check for any defects of manufacture, with a response period of up to 30 (thirty) days, and in case of origin, another identical product will be sent or at the customer's discretion, the refund of the amount paid or the sending of a discount coupon with the corresponding amount.
For exchanges and returns, products must be sent in their original packaging and if misuse of products is found, shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. Consult the conditions of Exchanges and Returns.
HuoouH Store warranty does not apply to misuse of products.
Any gifts are courtesy of the store and are not subject to exchange, nor are they subject to the legal guarantee.
We recommend avoiding:
– contact of plated jewelry with creams, detergents, sunscreens, soaps or similar, as their residues can make the jewelry dull and the stones opaque or milky;
– bathe in the sea, enter pools and/or rivers with the pieces;
– contact with chemical products, in any aesthetic procedure;
– washing dishes or performing manual work that may cause friction with the jewelry;
Chemicals or silver polishes can damage the pendants, so clean them with water, mild soap and a soft toothbrush only.
Do not use this method with pendants containing pearls, stone appliqués in general and silver bracelets. Only clean them with a soft cloth, otherwise these parts will suffer irreparable damage.
